Errandz Cleaning Plans Handbook
This handbook explains how our membership plans work, what each plan includes, pricing by home size, and important policies. Prices are plus tax (Ontario HST 13% for now).
Overview
The Errandz Cleaning Programs are members-only subscription plans designed for customers who want predictable cleaning visits across the year. You choose:
- Plan Tier: Standard, Premium, Gold, or Platinum
- Home Size Tier: based on square footage
- Payment Frequency: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or yearly (as shown on the Plans page)
Membership confirmation and payment is currently handled by Errandz Cleaning. Interac e-Transfer is available after confirmation.
Plans & Coverage
Standard Plan
3 Basic Cleaning + 1 Deep Cleaning per year.
Included:
- 1 Refrigerator cleaning
- 1 Stove cleaning
- 1 Microwave cleaning
- Wiping of cupboard surfaces
Any additional services attract out-of-pocket payment.
Premium Plan
4 Basic Cleaning + 2 Deep Cleaning per year.
Included:
- 1 Refrigerator cleaning
- 1 Microwave cleaning
- 1 Stove cleaning
- Wiping surfaces + cleaning inside cupboards
Any additional services attract out-of-pocket payment.
Gold Plan
5 Basic Cleaning + 3 Deep Cleaning per year.
Included:
- Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove cleaning
- Cupboards (surfaces + inside)
- Interior windows cleaning
Any additional services attract out-of-pocket payment.
Platinum Plan
Customers choose which cleaning type per visit (within plan coverage).
Included:
- All appliances cleaning
- Interior windows & door cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
Any additional services attract out-of-pocket payment.

Services Not Covered Under These Plans
- Post Construction Cleaning
- Pet Safe Cleaning
- Eco Friendly Cleaning
- Extremely dirty apartments and appliances
- Biohazard Cleaning
- Infested apartments
- Inaccessible homes
- Address not on file
- Pet hair removal
If a condition is discovered that is not covered, we will notify you before proceeding with any paid add-ons or adjustments.
Extremely Dirty Homes Policy
Membership pricing assumes normal housekeeping conditions. If a property is extremely dirty (heavy grease buildup, hoarding-level clutter, unsafe conditions, etc.), additional out-of-pocket charges may apply upon discovery. We will communicate and confirm with you before proceeding.
Reimbursements
Customers may be eligible for reimbursement up to $100 when Errandz Cleaning is unable to provide service as requested. Proof must be shown that we were unable to perform service at the time requested. Receipt of payment for replacement service must be emailed to info@errandzcleaning.ca.
Processing typically takes up to one month.
Customer Verification
Verification is by first and last name, phone number, and/or address on file. The registered customer must request service.
Address Change
Services are done only at the address on file. Customers must inform us about any address change. Plan upgrades may be required if the new home size tier differs.
Cancellation
Cancellation is allowed within one week after registration or at the expiration of the current term. Customers should notify us one month before plan renewal to avoid auto debit/renewal.
