Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all cleaning services provided by Errandz Cleaning in London, Ontario and surrounding areas. By requesting a quote or booking a service, the customer agrees to these terms.

1. Service Agreement

Errandz Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services including:

  • Basic Home Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
  • Office Cleaning
  • Interior Window & Door Cleaning
  • Carpet Cleaning
  • Pet-Safe Cleaning
  • Eco-Friendly Cleaning
  • Post Construction Cleaning

Services will be performed on the agreed date and time.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All prices provided through the website or by phone are estimates only. Final pricing may change depending on:

  • Condition of the property
  • Excessive dirt or grease
  • Heavy stains
  • Pet hair removal
  • Number of occupants
  • Access limitations
  • Unexpected cleaning conditions

Customers will be informed before any price adjustment.

3. Payment Policy

Customers agree to make full payment once the service date and time have been confirmed.

  • Payment is due immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may result in service refusal in the future.
  • We reserve the right to request advance payment for large jobs.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment with adequate notice.

  • Cancellations within 3 hours of scheduled service attract a $50 CAD fee.
  • No-show appointments may be charged $50.
  • Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of service.

5. Access to Property

Customers must ensure cleaners have access to the property.

  • Entry instructions must be provided before service.
  • If cleaners cannot access the property, a $50 service charge may apply.
  • Pets must be secured if necessary.

6. Condition of Property

The property must be in a safe condition for cleaning staff.

  • Unsafe environments may result in service refusal.
  • Biohazard cleaning is not included.
  • Infestations must be disclosed before service.

7. Pet Policy

Errandz Cleaning provides pet-safe cleaning services when requested.

  • Pet hair removal may require additional time and cost.
  • Pets should be secured if aggressive.
  • Customers must inform us if pets are present.

8. Post Construction Cleaning

Post construction cleaning may involve dust and debris removal.

  • Heavy debris removal is not included.
  • Hazardous materials will not be handled.
  • Large waste must be removed before service.

9. Carpet and Window Cleaning

Carpet and window cleaning results depend on material condition.

  • Stain removal is not guaranteed.
  • Permanent marks may remain.
  • Old carpets may not fully restore.

10. Damages and Liability

Errandz Cleaning takes care to avoid damage during cleaning.

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Pre-existing damage is not covered.
  • Loose items must be secured.
  • Fragile items should be stored safely.

11. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

  • Concerns must be reported within 24 hours.
  • We may return to correct missed areas.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed.
  • Customer Inspection: Customers should inspect the property immediately after cleaning is completed to confirm satisfaction.
  • Post-Service Liability: Errandz Cleaning is not liable for issues reported after cleaning where inspection was not done immediately or where conditions changed after cleaners left the property.

12. Cleaning Supplies

Errandz Cleaning provides professional cleaning supplies and equipment.

  • Eco-friendly cleaning is available upon request.
  • Green cleaning may cost extra.

13. Weather Conditions

Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather.

  • Customers will be notified if delays occur.

14. Service Areas

Errandz Cleaning operates primarily in London, Ontario and surrounding areas. Travel charges may apply outside London.

15. Agreement

By requesting a quote or booking a service, the customer confirms that they:

  • Agree to these Terms and Conditions
  • Agree to make payment after confirmation
  • Understand the cancellation policy

16. Membership Plan Terms

Errandz Cleaning offers subscription-based cleaning plans for members only. Membership plans include Standard, Premium, Gold, and Platinum plans. Plan coverage applies only to services specified under each plan.

  • Membership services include Basic Cleaning and Deep Cleaning packages.
  • Higher plans include appliances, interior windows, and carpet cleaning.
  • Services not included require additional payment.
  • Plans are based on home square footage.
  • Prices are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Membership becomes active after confirmation.

17. Subscription Payment Policy

Payment for membership plans is currently accepted through Interac e-Transfer or other approved methods.

  • Payment instructions will be provided after subscription confirmation.
  • Membership begins only after payment is confirmed.
  • Customers must complete payment within the agreed time.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

18. Membership Service Usage

Customers are entitled to the number of services specified in their plan.

  • Unused services do not roll over into a new term.
  • Additional services require out-of-pocket payment.
  • Discounted rates may apply for additional services.
  • Services must be scheduled in advance.

19. Extremely Dirty Homes

Membership pricing assumes normal cleaning conditions.

  • Extremely dirty homes may require additional charges.
  • Customers will be informed before additional work begins.
  • Heavy grease, clutter, and unsafe conditions may require extra service fees.

20. Customer Verification

Membership customers must be verified before service is scheduled.

  • Verification may be done using name, phone number, or address.
  • The registered customer must request services.
  • Services are provided only to verified customers.

21. Address Change

Services are provided only at the registered address.

  • Customers must notify Errandz Cleaning of address changes.
  • Plan upgrades may be required if the new home size differs.

22. Membership Cancellation

Customers may cancel their membership under the following conditions.

  • Cancellation is allowed within one week after registration.
  • Cancellation is also allowed at the end of the current term.
  • Customers must notify us at least one month before renewal.

23. Reimbursements

Customers may be reimbursed when Errandz Cleaning is unable to provide service.

  • Maximum reimbursement amount is $100.
  • Proof of inability to provide service must be shown.
  • Receipts must be submitted to info@errandzcleaning.ca.
  • Processing may take up to one month.

24. Service Case Numbers

Every service request will be assigned a case number.

  • Customers should reference case numbers when making inquiries.
  • Case numbers help track service history.

25. Cleaner Assignment

Customers will be informed about cleaners assigned to each service.

  • Cleaner names may be communicated before service.
  • Assigned cleaners may change when necessary.

26. Membership Limitations

The following services are not covered under membership plans.

  • Post Construction Cleaning
  • Pet Safe Cleaning
  • Eco Friendly Cleaning
  • Biohazard Cleaning
  • Infested homes
  • Inaccessible homes
  • Pet hair removal
